The District Court amended KCPRBA Administrative Order 1 on September
30, 1996, setting forth the Docket Sheet procedure and procedures
for filing and serving all documents in the Kootenai & Clark Fork-Pend
Oreille River Basins Adjudication (KCPRBA). Copies of KCPRBA
Administrative Order 1 can be obtained from the District Court. Copies
of the Docket Sheets for previous years can be obtained from the
District Court for the cost of copying. All previous Docket Sheets
are available for inspection at the office of the District Court Clerk
for each county wholly or partly located within the Kootenai & Clark
Fork-Pend Oreille River Basins.
Copies of documents listed on the Docket Sheet may be obtained from
the District Court, subject to payment of copying charges.
